1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and cv89 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cv89 website available at cv89.vip and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it. 3 Account Registration and Security

If cv89 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances held within duplicate accounts may be confiscated. To open an account, you must complete the registration form truthfully and provide a valid mobile number and a secure password.

• You must notify cv89 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cv89 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• Players must keep their contact details, including their registered mobile number, current at all times. cv89 will use your registered mobile number as the primary means of sending OTP verifications and account notifications.
• Accounts registered using false, fictitious, or another person's identity information will be permanently closed without notice, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cv89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv89 does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

Funds held in your cv89 account balance do not earn interest. Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified by SMS before any inactivity fee is applied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cv89 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by the named account holder only. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv89 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cv89's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent that such liability may not be excluded or limited by applicable law. cv89's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cv89 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Intellectual Property
